Pursuant to section 35 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be deemed to have been Crown land for the purposes of the Land Act 1948 as from the 8th day of May 1957 subject as to Lots 44, 45, and 46, D.P. 19172, to the sewerage easement created by memorandum of transfer No. 402252, Wellington Land Registry.
