Notice of Vesting of Land in the Public Trustee Under the
Public Trust Office Act 1908, Part II, Unclaimed Lands
WHEREAS I, the undersigned, the Public Trustee have, for the
purposes of Part II of the Public Trust Office Act 1908,
relating to unclaimed lands, made due inquiry with respect to
the land described in the Schedule hereunder and the whereabouts
of the owner thereof and have in respect of the said
land given the notices prescribed by section 66 of that Act, and
have in all respects complied with the provisions of that Act
pertinent thereto; and whereas the owner has not established
his title to the said land as required by that Act and whereas
for the purpose of section 67 (d) of that Act the value of
the said land is less than £500; I hereby give notice that the
said land is under and by virtue of the Public Trust Office
Act 1908 vested in the Public Trustee as from the date of the
publication hereof and will be administered under that Act.
SCHEDULE
ALL that parcel of land containing 24 perches, more or less,
being Lots 63 and 64 of a subdivision into lots of part of the
block of land called Te Kapara No. 3503, the said subdivision
being called the Town of Waihou, and being all the land in
certificate of title, Volume 41, folio 142 (Auckland Registry),
in the name of Mary Ann Moffat, the wife of John Moffat,
of Waitoa, hotelkeeper.

Notice Under Section 30 of the Maori Trustee Act 1953
PURSUANT to section 30 of the Maori Trustee Act 1953, the
Maori Trustee hereby gives notice that a list of unclaimed
moneys, derived from the Waiariki Maori Land Court District
and held by him, has been filed in the office of the Registrar
of the Maori Land Court at Whangarei, Auckland, Rotorua,
Gisborne, Wanganui, and Wellington, where the same may
be inspected during office hours without payment of fee.

Releasing Land from the Provisions of Part XXIV of the
Maori Affairs Act 1953 (Whakatohea Development
Scheme)
PURSUANT to section 332 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the
Board of Maori Affairs hereby declares that, on the date of
the publication of this notice in the Gazette, the land described
in the Schedule hereto shall cease to be subject to the pro-
visions of Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the said
land being so subject by virtue of a notice dated 19 December
1930 and published in the Gazette, 23 December 1930, Volume
III, page 3908.

Maori Affairs Act 1953 (Whakatohea Development
Scheme)
PURSUANT to section 332 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the
Board of Maori Affairs hereby declares that, on the date of
the publication of this notice in the Gazette, the land described
in the Schedule hereto shall cease to be subject to the pro-
visions of Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the said
land being so subject by virtue of a notice dated 18 December
1930 and published in the Gazette, 23 December 1930, Volume
III, page 3908.

Classification of Roads in Mangonui County
PURSUANT to regulation 3 (7) and (11) of the Heavy Motor
Vehicle Regulations 1955, the Commissioner of Transport
hereby revokes that portion of the Warrant dated the 24th
day of May 1951,* classifying roads in Mangonui County in
so far as it applies to the roads described in the Schedule
hereto, and hereby approves the Mangonui County Council's
proposed classification and variation in the classification of
roads as set out in the said Schedule.
