PURSUANT to section 25 of the Rabbits Act 1955, the Minister of Agriculture hereby publishes the following resolution passed by the Ashburton Gorge Rabbit Board on the 15th day of July 1957.

RESOLUTION

THAT, in accordance with section 25 of the Rabbits Act 1955, the number of elective members of the Board be increased by one, and that Mr Arthur Allenby Urquhart be recommended to fill the vacancy so created.

Reservation of Land and Vesting in the Ashley County Council

PURSUANT to the Land Act 1948, the Minister of Lands hereby sets apart the land described in the Schedule hereto as a reserve for plantation purposes, and further, pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, vests the said reserve in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Ashley, in trust, for that purpose.
