A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Major-General the Right Honourable Sir Harold Eric Barrowclough, the Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as closed the street described in the Schedule hereto.

ALL those pieces of street in the Hawke's Bay Land District, situated in the City of Napier, Hawke's Bay R.D., described as follows:

PURSUANT to subsection (5) of section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Major-General the Right Honourable Sir Harold Eric Barrowclough, the Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby declare the land, being closed street, described in the First Schedule hereto to be added to the land, being land acquired for the purposes of the Housing Act 1955, described in the Second Schedule hereto.
