All that area in the Otago Land District and the County of Waitaki bounded by a line commencing at the mouth of the Kakanui River; thence generally north-westerly up the middle of the Kakanui River to a point in line with the northern boundary of Block IX, Oamaru Survey District; thence easterly to and along that boundary to and generally southerly down the middle of Waiareka Stream to the northern boundary of Block V, Oamaru Survey District; thence easterly along the northern boundaries of Blocks V and IV, Oamaru Survey District to the Awamoas Stream; thence generally south-easterly down the middle of the Awamoas Stream to the Timaru-Dunedin State Highway; thence generally north-easterly along the northern side of that highway to the western boundary of Oamaru Borough; thence generally southerly and easterly along the western and southern boundaries of the Borough of Oamaru hereinbefore described to the northernmost corner of Section 63, Block IV, Oamaru Survey District; thence generally south-westerly along the mean high-water mark of the ocean to the point of commencement.

All that area in the Otago Land District and the County of Waitaki bounded by a line commencing at the north-western corner of Block IX, Oamaru Survey District; thence easterly along the northern boundary of that Block IX to and generally southerly down the middle of Waiareka Stream to the northern boundary of Block V, Oamaru Survey District; thence easterly along the northern boundaries of Blocks V and IV, Oamaru Survey District, to the Awamoa Stream; thence generally south-easterly down the middle of that stream to the Timaru-Dunedin State Highway; thence generally north-easterly along the northern side of that highway to the western boundary of the Borough of Oamaru; thence generally north-westerly and north-easterly along the south-western and north-western boundaries of Oamaru Borough hereinbefore described to Oamaru Creek; thence generally north-westerly up the left bank of that creek to the southern boundary of Block I, Papakaio Survey District; thence westerly along that boundary to the western boundary of Papakaio Survey District; thence generally northerly along that boundary to the southern boundary of Block IV, Awamoko Survey District; thence generally westerly along the southern and western boundaries of Section 5s, Pukenui Settlement to and north-westerly along the south-western boundary of Section 4s, Pukenui Settlement, to a public road; thence westerly along that road to the eastern boundary of Section 15A, Plunket Settlement; thence northerly and westerly along the eastern and northern boundaries of that section to the eastern boundary of Block V, Awamoko Survey District; thence southerly along that boundary to a road; thence generally south-westerly along that road through Sections 15A and 14A, Plunket Settlement, to Tussocky Road; thence generally north-westerly along Tussocky Road to and along Macdonald Road to Boundary Road; thence generally south-westerly along boundary Road to the western boundary of Block VI, Awamoko Survey District; thence southerly along the western boundaries of Blocks VI, VII, and X, Awamoko Survey District, and Block III, Kauru Survey District, to the southern boundary of that Block III; thence easterly along that boundary to the Kakanui River; thence generally south-easterly down the middle of the Kakanui River to the point of commencement.
