Infected Areas Declared Under the Citrus Canker Regulations
1952 (Notice No. Ag. 6217)
Pursuant to the Citrus Canker Regulations 1952, notice is
hereby given that the pieces of land described in the Schedule
hereto have been declared to be infected areas for the purposes of the said regulations.
SCHEDULE
First, all that piece of land containing 52 acres, more or less,
being Section 83 on the public map of the Huirangi District,
Block IX, Waitara Survey District.
Secondly, all that piece of land containing 60 acres, more or
less, being Section 72 on the public map of the Huirangi District,
Block IX, Waitara Survey District.
Thirdly, all that piece of land containing 1 rood, more or
less, being Section 8, Block 54, Township of Waitara West.
Fourthly, all that piece of land containing 1 rood, more or
less, being Lot 2, D.P. 5371, Section 2, Block 54, Township of
Waitara West.
Fifthly, all that piece of land containing 2 roods, more or
less, being Sections 10 and 12, D.P. 3412, Block 43, Township
of Waitara West.
Sixthly, all that piece of land containing 1 rood 0·35
perches, more or less, being Section 7, Block 44, Township
of Waitara West.
Seventhly, all that piece of land containing 2 roods, more or
less, being Sections 1 and 2, Block 44, Township of Waitara
West.
Eighthly, all that piece of land containing 1 acre, more or
less, being Sections 5, 6, 7, and 8, Block 74, Township of
Waitara West.

Deficiency Payments in Respect of Export Meat
Pursuant to the Meat Export Prices Act 1955, notice is hereby
given that the deficiency payments set out in the Schedule
hereto may be made to the owners in accordance with that
Act for the classes of meat specified in the said Schedule for
the week commencing on Monday, the 21st day of January
1957.
