A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-
General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-
General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that
the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for
housing purposes and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and
Citizens of the Borough of Otaki as from the date hereinafter
mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take
effect on and after the 28th day of January 1957.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 1 rood 4
perches.
Being known by the name of Te Ahitangutu and numbered
2710, sometimes known as Te Ahitangutu No. 6. All certificate
of title, Volume 3, folio 16, Wellington Land Registry.
Situated in the Borough of Otaki.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand,
this 16th day of January 1957.

taken for a public school; and I also declare that this Pro-
clamation shall take effect on and after the 28th day of
January 1957.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-
General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-
General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that
the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for
a teacher's residence; and I also declare that this Proclamation
shall take effect on and after the 28th day of January 1957.

ALL that piece of land in the Wellington Land District con-
taining 1 rood 20.4 perches, situated in Block II, Ongo Survey
District, being part Lot 1, D.P. 3872, being part Subdivision 1
of Otairi No. 3; as the same is more particularly delineated on
the plan marked P.W.D. 152499 (S.O. 23647) deposited in
the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon
coloured blue.

lors, and Inhabitants of the County of Takaka as from the
date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this
Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 28th day of
January 1957.

public reserve described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set
apart for the development of water power (Roxburgh Power
Scheme-Lake Hawea Control); and I also declare that this
Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 28th day of
January 1957.
