A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willooghby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto; and also hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willooghby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for police purposes (residence); and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 28th day of January 1957.

ALL that piece of land in the Canterbury Land District containing 1 rood 13 perches, situated in Block XV, Christchurch Survey District, Canterbury R.D., being part Rural Section 138; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 152523 (S.O. 9028) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willooghby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for State housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 28th day of January 1957.
SCHEDULE
ALL that piece of land in the Taranaki Land District containing 13 acres 3 roods 28·7 perches, situated in Block V, Paritutu Survey District, City of New Plymouth, Taranaki R.D., and being Lot 4, D.P. 5834, and Lot 2, D.P. 3985, being part Section 28, Fitzroy District; also part Section 42, Fitzroy District, and part old Waimea Stream Bed; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 152500 (S.O. 8813) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.
