A PROCLAMATION

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Major-General the Right Honourable Sir Harold Eric Barrowclough, the Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for State Housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 12th day of August 1957.

SCHEDULE

All that piece of land in the South Auckland Land District containing 2 acres 3 roods 0·4 perch, situated in Block II, Hamilton Survey District, being Lots 2, 4 to 11 (inclusive), and 13, D.P. S. 4184, being part Allotment 49, Parish of Te Rapa. Part certificate of title, Volume 1239, folio 86, Auckland Land Registry.

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Major-General the Right Honourable Sir Harold Eric Barrowclough, the Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for State housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 12th day of August 1957.

All that piece of land in the North Auckland Land District containing 39·9 perches, situated in the Borough of New Lynn, Auckland R.D., and being Lot 18, D.P. 8417. All certificate of title, Volume 731, folio 124, Auckland Land Registry.

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Major-General the Right Honourable Sir Harold Eric Barrowclough, the Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for housing purposes, and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the Borough of New Lynn as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 12th day of August 1957.

All that piece of land in the North Auckland Land District containing 1 rood 1.2 perches, situated in the Borough of New Lynn, Auckland R.D., and being Lot 10, D.P. 43957. Part certificate of title, Volume 950, folio 178, Auckland Land Registry.

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Major-General the Right Honourable Sir Harold Eric Barrowclough, the Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken, subject to the stormwater drainage rights created in and by memorandum of transfer No. 433211, Auckland Land Registry, for the purposes of a special school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 12th day of August 1957.

SCHEDULE

All that piece of land in the North Auckland Land District containing 32 perches, situated in Block VII, Titirangi Survey District, Auckland R.D., and being part Lot 2, D.P. 34232, being part Allotment 45, Waikomiti Parish; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 154010 (S.O. 40163) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.
