In the matter of Henry Brougham Robertson, late of 28 Norton Park Avenue, but now of 316 Oxford Terrace, Lower Hutt.

TAKE notice that, on the application of Henry Brougham Robertson, late of 28 Norton Park Avenue, but now of 316 Oxford Terrace, Lower Hutt, and upon reading the notice of motion for annulment of adjudication, the affidavit of the bankrupt sworn and filed in support and the report of the official assignee as to the bankrupt’s conduct of his affairs, and upon hearing Mr Castle, counsel for the bankrupt, it was ordered that the order of adjudication, dated the 25th day of March 1957, against Henry Brougham Robertson aforesaid, be annulled.
