Notice of Intention to Take Land in Block III, Maungaru
Survey District, for Road
NOTICE is hereby given that it is proposed, under the pro-
visions of the Public Works Act 1928, to take the land
described in the Schedule hereto for road; and notice is
hereby further given that the plan of the land so required to
be taken is deposited in the post office at Tangiteroria and
is there open for inspection; and that all persons affected by
the taking of the said land should, if they have any well
grounded objections to the taking of the land, set forth the
same in writing, and send the writing, within forty days from
the first publication of this notice, to the Minister of Works
at Wellington.
SCHEDULE
ALL that piece of land in the North Auckland Land District
containing 5 acres 2 roods 8 perches, situated in Block III,
Maungaru Survey District, Auckland R.D., and being part
Piritaka 2c No. 1 Block; as the same is more particularly

deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington,
and thereon coloured yellow.

Town and Country Planning Act 1953—County of Waimairi:
Notice of Extension of Period of Effectiveness of Refusals
and Prohibitions
PURSUANT to subsection (6) of section 38 of the Town and
Country Planning Act 1953, notice is hereby given that the
period of effectiveness of each refusal or prohibition made
by the Waimairi County Council in the interests of the
Waimairi County district scheme under subsection (2) of the
said section, which refusal or prohibition but for this notice
would expire between the date of public notification hereof
and the 1st day of August 1958 inclusive, is hereby extended
to the said 1st day of August 1958.
Given under the hand of the Minister of Works at Wellington
this 15th day of July 1957.

Town and Country Planning Act 1953—Borough of Dargaville
(Notice of Extension of Period of Effectiveness of Refusals
and Prohibitions)
PURSUANT to subsection (6) of section 38 of the Town and
Country Planning Act 1953, notice is hereby given that the
period of effectiveness of each refusal or prohibition made
by the Dargaville Borough Council in the interests of the Darga-
ville Borough district scheme, which refusal or prohibition
but for this notice would expire between the date of public
notification hereof and the 1st day of February 1958 inclusive,
is hereby extended to the said 1st day of February 1958.

Import Control Exemption Notice (No. 7) 1957
PURSUANT to regulation 15 of the Import Control Regulations
1938,* the Minister of Customs hereby gives notice as follows:
-
(1) This notice may be cited as the Import Control Exemption
Notice (No. 7) 1957.
(2) This notice shall come into force on the 2nd day of August -
Goods of the classes specified in the First Schedule hereto,
imported from and being the produce or manufacture of any
country, are hereby exempted from the requirement of a licence
under the said regulations. -
Goods of the classes specified in the Second Schedule hereto,
imported from and being the produce or manufacture of any
country other than the countries specified in the Third Schedule
hereto, are hereby exempted from the requirement of a licence
under the said regulations. -
The exemption from the requirement of a licence under
the said regulations in respect of the goods of the classes set forth
in the Fourth Schedule hereto, included in the exempting notices
shown in that Schedule, is hereby withdrawn.
