Pursuant to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as street the land described in the Schedule hereto.

ALL that piece of land in the Wellington Land District containing 1 acre 2 roods 14 perches situated in Block I, Waiopehu Survey District, Borough of Levin, Wellington R.D., and being Lot 34, D.P. 18936, being part Sections 60, 62, 63, and 78, Levin Village Settlement. Part certificates of title, Volume 513, folio 61; Volume 578, folio 207; Volume 605, folio 300; and Volume 606, folio 76, Wellington Land Registry.

Revoking Part of a Proclamation Defining the Middle Line of a Portion of the Wellington-Napier Railway

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby revoke the Proclamation dated the 10th day of December 1924 and published in the Gazette, 11 December 1924, Volume III, page 2898, and deposited in the Land Registry Office at Wellington as No. 1482, defining the middle line of a portion of the Wellington-Napier railway, in so far as it affects the land described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE
ALL that piece of land in the Wellington Land District containing 2 roods 26·13 perches, situated in the City of Lower Hutt, being Lot 73, D.P. 18397, being part Section 47, Hutt District. Part certificate of title, Volume 586, folio 192, Wellington Land Registry.

Pursuant to section 18 of the Forests Act 1949, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby set apart the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto as permanent State forest land.

WESTLAND LAND DISTRICT—WESTLAND CONSERVANCY
RESERVE 2004, formerly part of Rural Section 3153 and Lots 1 and 2, D.P. 644, being part of Rural Sections 3233 and 3234, situated in Block XIV, Waimea Survey District, Westland County: Area, 468 acres 2 roods, more or less. Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General, Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby revoke the Proclamation dated the 17th day of February 1951 and published in the Gazette of that year at page 218, and deposited in the Land Registry Office at Christchurch as No. 336586, in so far as it affects all the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 511, folio 243, being part Rural Section 37429, Block XV, Rangiora Survey District, Eyre County.
