Directing the Laying Out of an Access Way in the Borough
of Henderson at a Width for Part of its Length Greater
than 12 ft.

At the Government House at Wellington this 17th day of
July 1957
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to section 8 of the Public Works Amendment Act
1948, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and
with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby
directs that the width of the proposed access way described
in the Schedule hereto shall be for part of its length greater
than 12 ft., but not greater than 13 ft. 3 in.

SCHEDULE
THAT proposed access way in the North Auckland Land Dis-
trict containing 12·4 perches, situated in Block XIV, Waite-
mata Survey District, Borough of Henderson, Auckland R.D.,
and being Lot 15, D.P. 44402. All certificate of title, Volume
1378, folio 45, Auckland Land Registry.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the
Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent
of the Executive Council, hereby directs the sale of the land
described in the Schedule hereto, such land being no longer
required for the public work for which it was acquired.

pleased to approve the following appointments, promotions,

GENERAL DUTIES BRANCH
Extension of Commission
Flight Lieutenant Kenneth Stewart Massicks (75152) is
granted an extension of his present commission for a period
of five years, with effect from 24 March 1958.

TECHNICAL BRANCH
Transfer to Retired List
Signals Division.
Wing Commander John William Todd, O.B.E. (70228), is
transferred to the Retired List “A”, with effect from 10 July
1957.

CHAPLAINS BRANCH
Amendment
The notice in Gazette, 20 June 1957, No. 46, page 1190,
relating to “Flight Lieutenant the Rev. Gordon King” is
hereby amended to read “Flight Lieutenant the Rev. Gordon
John King”.
