HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby consents to the borrowing by the local authorities mentioned in the Schedule hereto by way of loan of the whole or any part of the respective amounts specified in that Schedule.

THE RIGHT HON. S. G. HOLLAND PRESIDING IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to section 439 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby sets apart the Maori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto as a Maori Reservation for the purposes of a burial ground and meeting place for the common use and benefit of the Maori residents of the Athenree-Bowentown district.

Setting Apart Maori Freehold Land as a Maori Reservation

THE RIGHT HON. S. G. HOLLAND PRESIDING IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to section 439 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the consent of the Executive Council, hereby sets apart the Maori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto for the common use and benefit of the owners of the lands known as Ngarara West A 3c, Subdivisions 1 to 16, and residue as a Maori reservation for the purposes of a recreation ground.

Authorising the Laying Off of Milner Street in the Borough of Oamaru Subject to a Condition as to the Building Line

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to section 186 of the Municipal Corporations Act 1954 and section 125 of the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby authorises the Oamaru Borough Council to permit the laying off of the proposed street described in the Schedule hereto at a width for part of its length of less than 66 ft., but not less than 48 ft. 11 in., subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on Lots 5 to 19 (both inclusive) of a subdivision of the land shown edged green on the plan marked P.W.D. 153807 referred to in the said Schedule within a distance of 40 ft. from the centre line of the said street.
