NOTICE
THE land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby exempted
from the operation of Part III of the Coal Mines Act 1925.
SCHEDULE
ALL that area of land containing 1 rood, more or less, being
Lot 37, Deposited Plan 17389 (Town of Rotowaro), being
portion Allotment 79 of the Parish of Pepepe, excepting there-
out all veins, seams, and beds of coal, fireclay, and all
minerals whatsoever in, upon, or under the said land, and
being part of the land comprised and described in certificate
of title, Volume 810, folio 6, South Auckland Registry, subject
to easements related to mining created by deed 178252
