Land Held for Health Purposes (Dental Training School) Set Apart for State Housing Purposes in the City of Christchurch Subject as to Part to a Drainage Easement

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, now held for health purposes (dental training school), is hereby set apart, subject as to the land secondly described to the drainage easement created by deed of grant No. 84877, Canterbury Land Registry, for State housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 15th day of July 1957.

ALL those pieces of land in the Canterbury Land District, situated in the City of Christchurch, Canterbury R.D., described as follows:

As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 153725 (S.O. 9164) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, now held for State housing purposes, is hereby set apart for a public school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 15th day of July 1957.

ALL that piece of land in the North Auckland Land District containing 5 acres 3 roods 13 5 perches, situated in the City of Auckland, Auckland R.D., and being Lot 302, L.T. Plan 43736. A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the additional land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a secondary school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 15th day of July 1957.
SCHEDULE
ALL that piece of land in the Canterbury Land District containing 9 9 perches, situated in the City of Christchurch, Canterbury R.D., being part Lot 44, D.P. 8712, being part Rural Section 76; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 153045 (S.O. 8947) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the leasehold estate in the land described in the First Schedule hereto, held by David Alexander Chrystall, of Auckland, architect, and Lillian Jessie Chrystall, his wife, under and by virtue of deed of lease No. 249, Auckland Land Registry, for a term commencing on 15 March 1875 and ending on 14 March 1974, and the leasehold estate in the land described in the Second Schedule hereto, held by Elizabeth Sydney, of Auckland, widow, under and by virtue of deed of lease No. 145, Auckland Land Registry, for a term commencing on 15 March 1875 and ending on 14 March 1974, and the leasehold estate in the land described in the Third Schedule hereto, held by Jack Reginald Gisby, of Auckland, hotel proprietor, under and by virtue of memorandum of lease No. 23187, Auckland Land Registry, for a term commencing on 1 May 1955 and ending on 30 April 1972, are hereby taken for the Auckland University College; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 15th day of July 1957.

All that piece of land in the North Auckland Land District, situated in the City of Auckland, Auckland R.D., and being Allotment 6 of Subsection 4 of Section 13, City of Auckland. All Land Transfer Provisional Register Book, Volume 5, folio 51, Auckland Land Registry.
SECOND SCHEDULE
All that piece of land in the North Auckland Land District, situated in the City of Auckland, Auckland R.D., and being Lot 4 of Allotment 3 of Section 13, City of Auckland. All leasehold certificate of title, Volume 697, folio 300, Auckland Land Registry.
THIRD SCHEDULE
All that piece of land in the North Auckland Land District containing 28 8 perches, situated in the City of Auckland, Auckland R.D., and being Allotment 14 of Section 34, City of Auckland, as shown on D.P. 5243. All leasehold certificate of title, Volume 1171, folio 14, Auckland Land Registry.
