A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as road the land described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE
All that piece of land in the Gisborne Land District containing 2 roods 29·5 perches, situated in Block XI, Whakatane Survey District, Gisborne R.D., and being part Allotment 199, Parish of Waiotahi; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 153223 (S.O. 4629) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 21st day of June 1957.

Pursuant to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto; and also hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto.

All those pieces of land in the Taranaki Land District, situated in Block VIII, Kaupokonui Survey District, Taranaki R.D., described as follows:

As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 153696 (S.O. 8810) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Crown Land Set Apart for Railway Purposes Near Clarence

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for railway purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 8th day of July 1957.
SCHEDULE
Approximate area of the piece of Crown land set apart: 1 acre 2 roods 6·8 perches.
Being part Section 19, Block XI, Puhipuhi Survey District. Situated in Kaikoura County. (S.O. 4329.) In the Marlborough Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L.O. 14734 deposited in the office of the Minister of Railways at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 26th day of June 1957.

Allocating Land Taken for a Railway to the Purposes of a Road at Whangamomona

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to section 226 of the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto shall, upon the publication hereof in the Gazette, become a road, and that the said road shall be under the control of the Stratford County Council and shall be maintained by the said Council in like manner as other public highways are controlled and maintained by the said Council.
