NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND

Notice is hereby given that the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the Borough of Levin require to take the lands described in the Schedule hereto. The lands are required for the purpose of a public work, namely, a service lane.

Notice is hereby given that a plan of the said lands is open for inspection at the offices of the Levin Borough Council, Bath Street, Levin.

All persons affected by such taking are hereby required to set forth in writing any well grounded objections to the execution of such work or to the taking of such lands and to send such writing within forty days (from the first publication of this notice) to the Town Clerk at the Council Chambers, Bath Street, Levin.

MOUNT MAUNGANUI BOROUGH COUNCIL

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND FOR WATER SUPPLY, CATCHMENT, AND CONSERVATION PURPOSES

In the matter of the Municipal Corporations Act 1954 and the Public Works Act 1928.

Notice is hereby given that the Mount Maunganui Borough Council proposes, under the provisions of the above-mentioned Acts, to execute certain public works, namely, water supply, catchment, and conservation, and for the purposes of such public works the land described in the Schedule hereto is required to be taken. And notice is hereby further given that a plan of the land so required to be taken is deposited in the public office of the Town Clerk to the said Council, situate

in Maunganui Road, Mount Maunganui, and in the shop premises of W. H. Bongard, Esquire, chemists, situated in Greerton, Tauranga, and is open for inspection without fee by all persons during ordinary office hours.

All persons affected by the execution of the said public work or by the taking of such land who have well grounded objections to the execution of the said public work or to the taking of the said land must state their objections in writing, and send the same within forty (40) days from the first publication of this notice to the Town Clerk, Mount Maunganui Borough Council, Maunganui Road, Mount Maunganui.

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND

In the matter of the Municipal Corporations Act 1954, the Health Act 1920, the Public Works Act 1928, and the Acts amending the same.

Notice is hereby given that the Morrinsville Borough Council proposes, under the provisions of the above-mentioned Acts, to execute a certain public work, namely, the provision of a site for the deposit and disposal of refuse and rubbish, and for the purposes of such public work the lands described in the Schedule hereto are required to be taken, and notice is hereby given that a plan of the lands so required to be taken is deposited in the public office of the Town Clerk to the said Council, situated in Canada Street, Morrinsville, and is open for inspection (without fee) by all persons during ordinary office hours.

All persons affected by the execution of the said public work or by the taking of such lands who have any well grounded objections to the execution of the said public work or to the taking of the said lands must state their objections in writing and send the same within forty days from the first publication of this notice to the Town Clerk at the Council Chambers, Canada Street, Morrinsville.

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND

In the matter of the Town and Country Planning Act 1953 and the Public Works Act 1928.

Notice is hereby given that the New Lynn Borough Council proposes, under the provisions of the above-mentioned Acts, to execute certain public work, namely, to take and acquire the land hereunder described for the proper development and use of the said land and in particular to provide access into the community-centre block adjoining thereto.

The said land is all that parcel situated in the Borough of New Lynn containing 1 rood 2·8 perches, more or less, being part of Allotment 257 of the Parish of Waikomiti, and being part of the land on Deposited Plan No. 7124, and part of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 315, folio 337 (Auckland Registry); as the same is more particularly delineated, coloured yellow, on the plan undermentioned, subject to memorandum of lease No. 19059.

And notice is hereby given that a plan of the said land required to be taken as aforesaid is deposited in the public office of the New Lynn Borough Council at 70 Great North Road, New Lynn, and is open to inspection, without fee, by all persons during the office hours of the said Council.

All persons affected by the said public work or by the taking of the said land who have any well grounded objections thereto must set forth such objections in writing and send such writing within forty days from the 6th day of June 1957 to the New Lynn Borough Council at 70 Great North Road, New Lynn.
