SCHEDULE

This licence is subject to the Foreshore Licence Regulations 1940, and the provisions of these regulations shall, so far as applicable, apply hereto.

The term of the licence shall be fourteen years from the 1st day of June 1957.

The annual sum payable by the Council shall be 1s., payable on demand.
-
The master of every vessel discharging ballast at the said wharf shall deposit such ballast above high-water mark, or at such place as may be approved by the Minister or by any person appointed by the Minister for that purpose.

Rules of Mangonui-Whangaroa Acclimatisation Society
Approved
PURSUANT to section 29 (4) of the Wildlife Act 1953, the Minister of Internal Affairs hereby gives notice that the rules of the Mangonui-Whangaroa Acclimatisation Society have been approved by him under that subsection.

Sale of Unclaimed Property
It is hereby notified that unclaimed property in the hands of the police at Whangarei, Auckland, Hamilton, Gisborne, New Plymouth, Napier, Wanganui, Palmerston North, Wellington, Nelson, Greymouth, Christchurch, Timaru, Dunedin, and Invercargill stations will, if not claimed before Saturday, 8 June 1957, be sold thereafter by public auction.
Particulars as to the time and place of sale may be obtained from the Assistant Commissioner, Superintendent, or Chief Inspector of Police in charge of the district.

Notice Under Section 30 of the Maori Trustee Act 1953
PURSUANT to section 30 of the Maori Trustee Act 1953, the Maori Trustee hereby gives notice that a list of unclaimed moneys, dated the 15th day of May 1957, derived from the Tokerau Maori Land Court District and held by him, has been filed in the office of the Registrar of the Maori Land Court at Auckland, Gisborne, Rotorua, Wanganui, Wellington, and Whangarei, and at all sub-offices of the Department of Maori Affairs, where the same may be inspected during office hours without payment of fee.

Releasing Land from the Provisions of Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953 (Matata Development Scheme)
PURSUANT to section 332 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the Board of Maori Affairs hereby declares that, on the date of the publication of this notice in the Gazette, the land described in the Schedule hereto shall cease to be subject to the provisions of Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the said land being so subject by virtue of a notice dated 1 December 1936 and published in the Gazette, 10 December 1936, Volume III, page 2408.

Otago Raspberry Marketing Committee Election
PURSUANT to clause 11 of the Otago Raspberry Marketing Regulations 1950, notice is hereby given that the roll of those persons qualified to vote for the election of two producers' representatives in the Southern Ward to the Otago Raspberry Marketing Committee will be open for inspection during ordinary office hours at the following places, viz., Department of Agriculture, Head Office, Wellington; also at the following post offices, viz., Oamaru and Dunedin and at the office of B. H. Pettit, 61 Bond Street, Dunedin.
The roll will be available for public inspection for a period of seven days from 30 May 1957.
Nomination forms may be obtained on application to any of the above offices, or from the Returning Officer, Department of Agriculture, Wellington. Nominations must be in the hands of the Returning Officer not later than noon on the 19th day of June 1957.
