Reservation of Land and Vesting in the New Plymouth City Council

PURSUANT to the Land Act 1948, the Minister of Lands hereby sets apart the land described in the Schedule hereto as reserves for sites for pensioners' flats, and further, pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, vests the said reserves in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of New Plymouth, in trust, for that purpose.

PURSUANT to the Land Act 1948, the Minister of Lands hereby sets apart the land described in the Schedule hereto as reserves for recreation purposes, and further, pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, vests the said reserves in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Makara, in trust, for that purpose.

Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve Specifying the Manner of Disposal and How Proceeds of Sale Shall be Utilised

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby revokes the reservation as a reserve for recreation purposes over the land described in the Schedule hereto, and further declares that the said land shall be disposed of by the Papatoetoe Borough Council at current market value, the proceeds from any such sale to be paid into the Council's reserves account, such moneys to be used and applied in or towards the improvement of other recreation reserves under the control of the Council or in or towards the purchase of other land for recreation purposes.

Notice of Intention to Take Land in Block V, Wakapuaka Survey District

NOTICE is hereby given that it is proposed, under the provisions of the Public Works Act 1928, to take the land described in the Schedule hereto for road; and notice is hereby further given that the plan of the land so required to be taken is deposited in the post office at Nelson and is there open for inspection, and that all persons affected by the taking of the said land should, if they have any well grounded objections to the taking of the land, set forth the same in writing and send such writing within forty days from the first publication of this notice to the Minister of Works at Wellington.
