PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as street the land described in the Schedule hereto.

ALL that piece of land in the Southland Land District containing 2 roods 6'1 perches, situated in Block LXXI, Hokonui Survey District, Southland R.D., and being Lot 20, D.P. 4308. Part certificate of title, Volume 156, folio 43, Southland Land Registry.

ALL that piece of road in the Wellington Land District containing 1 rood 36'75 perches, situated in Block X, Rarere Survey District, Wellington R.D., and adjoining or passing through Sections 3 and 12, Block V, and Sections 1 and 3, Block VI, Pipiriki Maori Township; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 153338 (S.O. 23630) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.
SECOND SCHEDULE
LAND HELD FOR A MAORI SCHOOL
ALL that area in the Wellington Land District, situated in Block X, Rarere Survey District, Wellington R.D., containing by admeasurement 3 acres and 39 perches, more or less, being Lots 1, 2, 3, 11, and 12, Block V, and Lots 1, 3, and 4, Block VI, D.P. 793, Pipiriki Maori Township, and being all the land in Proclamations 5419 and 5724, Wellington Land Registry.
