Land Taken, Together With Certain Easements and Other Rights, for a Public School in Block II, Moutere Survey District

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, together with the drainage rights and certain easements created by memorandum of transfer No. 14622, Nelson Land Registry, and together with drainage rights reserved by memorandum of transfer No. 26238, Nelson Land Registry, is hereby taken for a public school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 27th day of May 1957.
SCHEDULE
ALL that piece of land in the Nelson Land District containing 1 acre 3 roods 2·3 perches, situated in Block II, Moutere Survey District, Nelson R.D., being part Lot 1, D.P. 2260, and being part Section 4, District of Moutere Hills; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 152964 (S.O. 9999) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the leasehold estate in the land described in the Schedule hereto, held from Her Majesty the Queen by Alfred George Thomas Bryan, of Thames, solicitor, and Douglas Isaac Charles Bryan, of Wellington, manufacturers representative, under and by virtue of Crown lease, Volume 465, folio 4, Canterbury Land Registry, is hereby taken for health purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 27th day of May 1957.
