Government in the City of Dunedin

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, L Lieutenant-
General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-
General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the
Crown Land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set
apart for buildings of the General Government; and I also
declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the
27th day of May 1957.
SCHEDULE
ALL that piece of land in the Otago Land District containing
34:24 perches, situated in the City of Dunedin, being Section
133, D.P. 8384, being part Section 9, Block X, North Harbour
and Blueskin District. Part certificate of title, Volume 385,
folio 178, Otago Land Registry.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand,
this 14th day of May 1957.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, L Lieutenant-General
Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General
of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the portion
of public reserve described in the Schedule hereto is hereby
set apart for road; and I also declare that this Proclamation
shall take effect on and after the 27th day of May 1957.
SCHEDULE
ALL that piece of land in the Marlborough Land District con-
taining 14'6 perches, situated in Block XI, Puhi Puhi Survey
District, Marlborough R.D., being part section 26 (Gravel
Reserve); as the same is more particularly delineated on the
plan marked P.W.D. 153292 (S.O. 4310) deposited in the
office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon
coloured sepia.

containing 1 rood, situated in Block IV, Pirongia Survey
District, being Lot 6, D.P. S. 3463, part Allotment 19, Town
of Pirongia East. Formerly part certificate of title, Volume

courthouse, is hereby set apart for police purposes (resi-
dence); and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take
effect on and after the 27th day of May 1957.

ALL that piece of land in the Wellington Land District con-
taining 36:9 perches, situated in Block VIII, Waitohu Survey
District, Borough of Otaki, being part Waerenga No. 1; as
the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked
P.W.D. 153323 (S.O. 23768) deposited in the office of the
Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.

State housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclama-
tion shall take effect on and after the 27th day of May 1957.

taining 31 acres 3 roods 12ยฐ6 perches, situated in Block I,
Ikitara Survey District, City of Wanganui, Wellington R.D.,
being part of the land in D.P. 3973, being part Sections 91
and 92, Left Bank Wanganui River; as the same is more
particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 153346
(S.O. 23750) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works
at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.
