Crown Land Set Apart for Health Purposes in Block II,
Lyndon Survey District

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for health purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 27th day of May 1957.

SCHEDULE
ALL that piece of Crown land in the Canterbury Land District, situated in Block II, Lyndon Survey District, Canterbury R.D., described as follows:
A. R. P.
0 2 35·2 Sections 9 and 10, Block III, Hanmer Township.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 18th day of May 1957.

SCHEDULE
ALL that piece of Crown land in the Canterbury Land District containing 2 roods 7·1 perches, situated in Block II, Lyndon Survey District, Canterbury R.D., and being Section 23, Block III, Hanmer Township; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 150758 (S.O. 6147) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon edged red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 18th day of May 1957.

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for a police station; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 27th day of May 1957.

SCHEDULE
ALL that piece of Crown land in the Hawke's Bay Land District containing 1 rood 21·74 perches, situated in the City of Napier, Hawke's Bay R.D., being Lot 49, D.P. 8164, part Te Whare-O-Maraenui Block. Part certificate of title, H.B. Volume 154, folio 158.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 14th day of May 1957.
