Ross Ltd., a company duly incorporated and having its registered office at 61 Pleasant Road, Glen Eden, presented a petition for the winding up by the Court, under the provisions of the Companies Act 1955, of Murphy Abbott Ltd., a company duly incorporated and having its registered office at Sixth Floor, Southern Cross Building, Chancery Street, Auckland, on the grounds that Murphy Abbott Ltd. has failed and neglected to pay its debt to J. A. Ross Ltd., is unable to pay its debts, and that in the circumstances it is just and equitable that it should be wound up.
