Pursuant to section 35 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby declares the land first described in the First Schedule hereto to be deemed to have been Crown land subject to the Land Act 1948 as from the 31st day of October 1956, and the land secondly described in the First Schedule hereto to be deemed to have been Crown land subject to the Land Act 1948 as from the 21st day of December 1956, and the land described in the Second Schedule hereto to be deemed to have been Crown land subject to the Land Act 1948 as from the 18th day of October 1956, and the land described in the Third Schedule hereto to be deemed to have been Crown land subject to the Land Act 1948 as from the 16th day of January 1957, subject as to Lots 246 and 305, D.P. 19120, and Lots 327, 328, 338, and 460 on plan P.W.D. 153328 (H.D.C. 31233) to the building-line restriction imposed by notice No. 450029, Canterbury Land Registry, and subject as to Lot 223, D.P. 19120, to Proclamation No. 327851, Canterbury Land Registry, defining the middle line of a transmission line.
