Land Proclaimed as Street in the City of Wellington

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as street the land described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE
ALL those pieces of land in the Wellington Land District, situated in the City of Wellington, described as follows:
A. R. P. Being
0 0 1·85 Part Lot 3, D.P. 14830, being part Section 30, Karori District.
0 0 1·65 Part Lot 4, D.P. 14830, being part Section 30, Karori District.
As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 153283 (S.O. 23682) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 9th day of May 1957.

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Schedule hereto.

ALL that piece of road in the South Auckland Land District containing 14 acres 2 roods 39 perches, situated in Block VII, Newcastle Survey District, Auckland R.D., and adjoining Allotments 257, 258, and part 27, Waipa Parish; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 153336 (S.O. 38014) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.

ALL that piece of land in the Marlborough Land District containing 9·7 perches, situated in Block XVI, Cloudy Bay Survey District, Marlborough R.D., being part Lot 3, D.P. 5, being part Section 45, Opawa Registration District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 153156 (S.O. 4314) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured sepia.

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto; and also hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto.
FIRST SCHEDULE
LAND PROCLAIMED AS ROAD
ALL that piece of land in the Westland Land District containing 10·1 perches, situated in Block III, Waimea Survey District, Westland R.D., being part Section 2512; coloured orange on plan.
SECOND SCHEDULE
ROAD CLOSED
ALL that piece of road in the Westland Land District containing 6·4 perches, situated in Block III, Waimea Survey District, Westland R.D., and adjoining Sections 3500 and 3501; coloured green on plan.
As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 130596 (S.O. 4400) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

PURSUANT to section 421 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto, and comprised in a roadway laid out by the Maori Land Court by an order dated the 26th day of October 1955, to be road.
SCHEDULE
ALL those pieces of land in the South Auckland Land District, situated in Block III, Rangitaiki Upper Survey District, Auckland R.D., described as follows:

PURSUANT to section 421 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto and comprised in a roadway laid out by the Maori Land Court by an Order dated the 23rd day of February 1951 to be road.

ALL that piece of land in the Hawke's Bay Land District containing 4 acres and 39·5 perches, situated in Block VII, Clyde Survey District, Wairoa County, Hawke's Bay R.D., being Section 29, Township of Iwitea, and parts Whakaki 2A 1 and 2A 2 Blocks; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 153284 (S.O. 2943) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.
