Appointment of the Automobile Association (North Otago), Incorporated, to Control and Manage a Reserve
PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby appoints the
Automobile Association (North Otago), Incorporated,
to control and manage the reserve described in the Schedule hereto, subject to the provisions of the said Act, as a reserve for a site for a camping ground, subject to the following special conditions:
(a) Camp sites are to be kept 20 ft. back from the edge of the Kakanui River and the public shall have free right of access along this 20 ft. strip.
(b) No buildings or hoardings shall be erected within a distance of 50 ft. from the centre line of the road fronting the said land.
