Pursuant to the provisions of the Fire Services Act 1949, the Minister of Internal Affairs hereby appoints 12 noon on Wednesday, 24 April 1957, as the time, and the offices of the Council of Fire and Accident Underwriters' Associations, 97 The Terrace, Wellington, as the place, for the holding of a meeting of representatives of the insurance companies carrying on business in New Zealand to elect one member on each of the fire boards for the Feilding and Palmerston North Urban Fire Districts and one member on each of the fire committees for the Picton and Blenheim Urban Fire Districts.
