Approval of Testing Officers Under the Motor Drivers Regulations 1940

Pursuant to regulation 5 of the Motor Drivers Regulations 1940, the Minister of Transport hereby approves of the person named in column 2 of the Schedule hereunder being testing officer under the said regulations for the authority specified in column 1 of the said Schedule.

Declaring Portions of Roads to be Limited Speed Zones for the Purposes of Regulation 27 of the Traffic Regulations 1956

Pursuant to subclause (2) of regulation 27 of the Traffic Regulations 1956,* the Minister of Transport hereby declares the portions of roads described in the Schedule hereto to be limited speed zones for the purposes of the said regulation.

Declaring Land Acquired for a Government Work and Not Required for That Purpose to be Crown Land

Pursuant to section 35 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto to be Crown land subject to the Land Act 1948 as from the 15th day of April 1957, the land described in the Second Schedule hereto to be deemed to have been Crown land subject to the Land Act 1948 as from the 10th day of August 1954, and the land described in the Third Schedule hereto to be deemed to have been Crown land subject to the Land Act 1948 as from the 25th day of February 1957.
