Crown Land Set Apart as Permanent State Forest Land

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 18 of the Forests Act 1949, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby set apart the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto as permanent State forest land.
SCHEDULE
SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT—AUCKLAND CONSERVANCY ALL that area in Coromandel County containing 447 acres 1 rood 13 perches, more or less, and being Section 19, Block XII, Coromandel Survey District. As shown on plan No. 18/11 deposited in the Head Office of the New Zealand Forest Service at Wellington, and thereon bordered red. (S.O. Plan 17189.)
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 29th day of March 1957.

Abolition of the Waimakariri Rural Fire District

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL PURSUANT to the Forest and Rural Fires Act 1955, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby abolishes the Waimakariri Rural Fire District and revokes the order constituting that district made on the 16th day of February 1949, and published in the Gazette in 1949, Volume I, page 622.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL PURSUANT to section 63 of the Maori Purposes Act 1931, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby revokes the Order in Council referred to in Part I of the Schedule hereto in so far as it affects the land mentioned in Part II of the said Schedule.

Authorising the Laying Off of a Street Off Guppy Road in the Borough of Taradale, Subject to a Condition as to the Building Line

THE RIGHT HON. S. G. HOLLAND PRESIDING IN COUNCIL PURSUANT to section 186 of the Municipal Corporations Act 1954 and section 125 of the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby authorises the Taradale Borough Council to permit the laying off of the proposed street described in the Schedule hereto at a width of less than 66 ft., but not less than 40 ft., subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land shown edged green on the plan marked P.W.D. 153116 referred to in the said Schedule within a distance of 40 ft. from the centre line of the said street.
SCHEDULE THAT proposed street in the Hawke's Bay Land District, Borough of Taradale, containing by admeasurement 29 perches, more or less, being part Lots 3, 4, and 5, D.P. 7754, being part Meeanee Suburban Sections 46 and 47. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 153116 deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

THE RIGHT HON. S. G. HOLLAND PRESIDING IN COUNCIL PURSUANT to section 112 of the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby orders and declares that the portion of road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, become Government road.
SCHEDULE ALL that piece of road in the North Auckland Land District containing 0·2 perch, situated in Block XI, Otahuhu Survey District, Auckland R.D., and adjoining part Lot 7, D.P. 20412, being part Allotment 40, Manurewa Parish; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 150202 (S.O. 39331) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.
