A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 18 of the Forests Act 1949, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby set apart the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto as permanent State forest land.

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT—AUCKLAND CONSERVANCY ALL that area in Coromandel County containing 447 acres 1 rood 13 perches, more or less, and being Section 19, Block XII, Coromandel Survey District. As shown on plan No. 18/11 deposited in the Head Office of the New Zealand Forest Service at Wellington, and thereon bordered red. (S.O. Plan 17189.)

HOLLAND PRESIDING IN COUNCIL PURSUANT to section 186 of the Municipal Corporations Act 1954 and section 125 of the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby authorises the Taradale Borough Council to permit the laying off of the proposed street described in the Schedule hereto at a width of less than 66 ft., but not less than 40 ft., subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land shown edged green on the plan marked P.W.D. 153116 referred to in the said Schedule within a distance of 40 ft. from the centre line of the said street.
