In the matter of the Companies Act 1955 and in the matter
of Morrinsville Restaurant Ltd.
PURSUANT to section 362 of the Companies Act 1955, notice
is hereby given that by an entry in its minute book, signed by
all the members of the above-named company on the 29th
day of March 1957, the following special resolution was
passed:
"That this company, having sold its business and being able
to pay its debts in full, be wound up voluntarily, and that
Albert Gordon Sweetman, of Morrinsville, public accountant,
be and is hereby appointed liquidator for the company."

THE liquidator of Morrinsville Restaurant Ltd., which is being
wound up voluntarily, doth hereby fix the 27th day of Sep-
tember 1957 as the day on or before which the creditors of
the company are to prove their debts or claims and to establish
any title they may have to priority under section 294 of the
Act or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution
made before such debts are proved or, as the case may be,
from objecting to such distribution.

Islands Co-operative Dairy Co. Ltd.
(b) That, for the purpose of carrying the said agreement
into effect, the company be wound up voluntarily.
(c) That John Graham Phillips, of Kaikohe, public account-
ant, be appointed liquidator of the company.
(d) That the liquidator be empowered, pursuant to section
278 of the Companies Act 1955, to do all things necessary to
carry into effect the agreement for merger made by the com-
pany and others with the Bay of Islands Co-operative Dairy
Co. Ltd.

Ltd. that the company be wound up by the Court has been
adjourned to enable the creditors to consider and express
whether they desire that the voluntary winding up should
continue or whether the company should be wound up by the
Court. The meeting is being called to enable the creditors
to express their views.
