Pursuant to section 11 of the Tourist Hotel Corporation Act 1955, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby declares that on and from the 1st day of April 1957 the control of the Glacier Hotel, Franz Josef Glacier, administered by the Department of Tourist and Health Resorts, shall be vested in the Tourist Hotel Corporation of New Zealand for the purposes of the said Act.
