Partially Cancelling a Condition as to Setting Back the Building Line of Portion of Alexandra Street in the City of Christchurch, Imposed by Order in Council Under Section 128 of the Public Works Act 1928

Pursuant to section 131 of the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby amends the Order in Council dated 16 September 1942 and published in Gazette, 1 October 1942, Volume III, page 2126, and registered in the Land Registry Office at Christchurch under No. 1872, exempting the southern side of portion of Alexandra Street in the City of Christchurch from the provisions of section 128 of the Public Works Act 1928, subject to a condition as to the building line, by cancelling the condition as to the building line imposed by the said Order in Council in so far as it affects Lots 1 and 3, D.P. 12265, being part Rural Section 41, City of Christchurch, being the whole of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 577, folio 73, Canterbury Land Registry.

Consenting to Stopping Road in Block VII, Waitara Survey District, Clifton County

HOLLAND PRESIDING IN COUNCIL Pursuant to section 149 of the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby consents to the Clifton County Council stopping the road described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE ALL those pieces of road in the Taranaki Land District, situated in Block VII, Waitara Survey District, Taranaki R.D., described as follows: A. R. P. Being 0 1 13 6 Road by Proclamation No. 2236, formerly part Section 88; coloured blue, edged blue, on plan. 0 0 6 4 Road by Proclamation No. 2236, formerly parts 0 0 0 3 Section 87; coloured blue, edged blue, on plan. 0 0 1 6 Road by Proclamation No. 2236, formerly part Section 85; coloured orange, edged orange, on plan.

Consenting to Land Being Taken for Street in the City of Lower Hutt

Authorising the Laying Off of an Extension of Gillies Avenue and Griffiths Place in the City of Hamilton Subject to a Condition as to the Building Line

HOLLAND PRESIDING IN COUNCIL Pursuant to section 186 of the Municipal Corporations Act 1954 and section 125 of the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby authorises the Hamilton City Council to lay off the proposed streets described in the Schedule hereto at widths for parts of their lengths of less than 66 ft. but not less than 40 ft., subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on a subdivision of the land shown edged green on the plan marked P.W.D. 152946 referred to in the said Schedule within a distance of 15 ft. from the side lines of the said streets.

The Tauhara Rural Fire District Order 1951, Amendment No. 1

NORRIE, Governor-General ORDER IN COUNCIL At the Government House at Wellington this 13th day of March 1957 Present: HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL Pursuant to the Forest and Rural Fires Act 1955, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following order.

ORDER 1. This order may be cited as the Tauhara Rural Fire District Order 1951, Amendment No. 1, and shall be read together with and deemed part of the Tauhara Rural Fire District Order 1951* (hereinafter referred to as the principal order). 2. The principal order may hereafter be cited as the Tauhara Rural Fire District Order 1951. 3. The principal order is hereby amended by omitting the words "Afforestation Proprietary Limited" in each place where they occur and substituting in each case the words "Pine Products Proprietary Limited". 4. The principal order is hereby amended by omitting the Schedule thereto and substituting the Schedule set out in the Schedule to this order.

SCHEDULE New Schedule to the principal order: "SCHEDULE TAUHARA RURAL FIRE DISTRICT-SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT, ROTORUA CONSERVANCY ALL that area in Taupo County, containing approximately 44,000 acres, situated in Blocks XI, XII, XV, and XVI, Tatua Survey District, Blocks IX, XIII, and XIV, Takapau Survey District, Blocks III, IV, VII, VIII, and XII, Tauhara Survey District, and Blocks I, II, and V, Otukotara Survey District, and bounded generally as follows: towards the north by the Waikato River; towards the north-east by Lot 1 of Kaingaroa No. 2 West No. 1 Block; towards the south-east by lines 40 chains north-west of and parallel to the north-western boundaries of Run 60 (permanent State forest-Gazette, 1930, page 2639), to the south-western boundary of Kaingaroa No.
