A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act
1948, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke
Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby pro-

and also hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the
Second Schedule hereto.

Amending Declaration of Land, Hawke's Bay Acclimatisation
District, as a Wildlife Refuge

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 14 of the Wildlife Act 1953, I, Lieutenant-
General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-
General of New Zealand, hereby revoke the Warrant published
in Gazette, 13 December 1951, Volume III, page 1842, noti-
fying and declaring an area of land to be a sanctuary under
the Animals Protection and Game Act 1921–22 and hereby
proclaim and declare the area of land described in the
Schedule hereto to be a wildlife refuge for the purposes of the
Wildlife Act 1953.
SCHEDULE
SECTION 33, Block IX, Woodville Survey District: Area, 135
acres 2 roods. All certificate of title, H.B. Volume 72, folio 80.
As the same is shown on plan marked I.A. 52/213 deposited
in the Head Office, Department of Internal Affairs, Wellington,
and thereon edged red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand,
this 18th day of March 1957.
