ALL that piece of road in the North Auckland Land District containing 1 acre 1 rood 4·4 perches, situated in Block XIII, Whangarei Survey District, Auckland R.D., and adjoining or passing through part Whangarei Harbour Board Endowment "C", Lot 1, D.P. 40629, being part Whangarei Harbour Board Endowment "C", and Section 2; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 152840 (S.O. 39583) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as road the stopped Government road described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE
ALL those pieces of stopped Government road in the Hawke's Bay Land District situated in Block XII, Puketapu Survey District, Hawke's Bay R.D., described as follows:

Being
0 1 17·7 Formerly part Lot 1, D.P. 2775, being part S.S. 51, western side of harbour; coloured yellow on plan.
0 0 13 Formerly portion of old bed of Petane Stream; edged sepia on plan.
0 0 0·6 Formerly part Lot 14, D.P. 1856, being part Te Pahou Block; edged blue on plan.
As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 128115 (S.O. 2268) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

SCHEDULE
ALL that portion of land in the North Auckland Land District, situated in Block III, Waitemata Survey District, Auckland R.D., being part Allotment 27, Parish of Paremoremo.
As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 152800 (A.D.O. 26968) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

PURSUANT to section 18 of the Forests Act 1949, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby set apart the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto as permanent State forest land.
SCHEDULE
WESTLAND LAND DISTRICT—WESTLAND CONSERVANCY
ALL that area in Westland County containing 507 acres 2 roods, more or less, and being Reserve 2002, situated in Blocks X, XIV, and XV, Kaniere Survey District. As shown on plan No. 125/79 deposited in the Head Office of the New Zealand Forest Service at Wellington, and thereon bordered red. (S.O. Plan 4759.)
Also all that area in Westland County containing 1,416 acres, more or less, being Reserve 1977 (formerly Rural Sections 2907 and 3631 and Crown land), situated in Blocks II, III, and VI, Toaroha Survey District. As shown on plan No. 133/7 deposited in the Head Office of the New Zealand Forest Service at Wellington, and thereon bordered red. (S.O. Plan 4755.)
