EYRE COUNTY COUNCIL
TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1953
PUBLIC notice is hereby given that the Eyre County Council, at its meeting held on 10 December 1956, has resolved to prepare for the County of Eyre a district scheme as required by the provisions of the Town and Country Planning Act 1953.
Every person and every local authority in the district is hereby invited to submit any proposals which in his or its opinion should be considered in the preparation of the proposed scheme.
Proposals marked "Eyre County District Scheme" should be addressed to the County Clerk and delivered at the County Clerk's office, Ohoka, on or before 12 April 1957.

HAVELOCK NORTH BOROUGH COUNCIL
TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1953
PUBLIC notice is hereby given in accordance with section 22 (1) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1953 that the town plan has been varied by deletion of subsection 2 (a), Appendix B, Part 3, at page 11, and the substitution of the following:
“(a) A service lane commencing at the north-western boundary of Lot 1, D.P. 6644, at a point 2 chains from Te Mata Road, and proceeding in a south-westerly direction for a distance of 2 chains. Width 20 feet.”
Objections to this variation shall be in writing in the form No. 4 prescribed in the First Schedule to the Town and Country Planning Regulations 1954, and shall be lodged at the office of the Council at any time not later than the 4th day of June 1957. At a later date every objection will be open for public inspection, and any person who wishes to support or oppose any objection will be entitled to be heard at the hearing of objections if he notifies the Town Clerk in writing within a period of which public notice will be given.

WOODVILLE BOROUGH COUNCIL
TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1953
PURSUANT to the Town and Country Planning Regulations 1954, public notice is hereby given that the district scheme, under the Town and Country Planning Act 1953, for the Woodville Borough was approved by the Council by resolution passed at its meeting held on the 20th day of February 1957 after all objections, appeals, and arbitrations relating to the scheme had been disposed of and the scheme had been amended to give effect to all objections and appeals allowed, and all variations of the scheme required by the Town and Country Planning Appeal Board had been incorporated.
The Council has also resolved that the scheme shall come into operation on the 1st day of April 1957.
Copies of the scheme as approved have been deposited in the Council's office and in every public library in the district, and may be inspected without fee by any person who so requires at any time when these places are open to the public.

PUTARURU BOROUGH COUNCIL
RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by the Local Bodies' Loans Act 1926, the Putaruru Borough Council hereby resolves as follows:
“That, for the purpose of providing interest and other charges on a loan of £17,000 authorised to be raised by the Putaruru Borough Council under the above-mentioned Act for the purpose of erecting a reinforced concrete reservoir for water supply purposes with a storage capacity of 5,000,000 gallons, the said Putaruru Borough Council hereby makes and levies a special rate of 1·19d. in the pound upon the rateable value of all rateable property of the whole of the Borough of Putaruru; and that such special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of such loan and shall be payable yearly on the 1st day in April in each and every year during the currency of such loan, being a period of twenty (20) years, or until the loan is fully paid off.”
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was passed at a meeting of the Putaruru Borough Council held on the 17th day of December 1956.

FEILDING BOROUGH COUNCIL
RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE
THE following resolution was passed by the Feilding Borough Council at a meeting held on the 28th day of February 1957:
In pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by the Local Bodies' Loans Act 1926, the Feilding Borough Council hereby resolves as follows:
“That, for the purpose of providing interest and other charges on the Civic Centre Building Supplementary Loan of £4,000 authorised to be raised by the Feilding Borough Council under the above-mentioned Act for the purpose of completing the undertaking for which the Civic Centre Building Loan 1954 was raised, the said Feilding Borough Council hereby makes and levies a rate of decimal nought six eight (.068d.) in the pound upon the rateable value (on the basis of unimproved value) of all rateable property within the Borough of Feilding; and that such special rate be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of such loan, being a period of ten years, or until the loan is fully paid off.”

THE following resolution was passed by the Feilding Borough Council at a meeting held on the 28th day of February 1957:
In pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by the Local Bodies' Loans Act 1926, the Feilding Borough Council hereby further resolves as follows:
“That, for the purpose of providing the instalments of principal and interest on a loan of £5,100 authorised to be raised by the Feilding Borough Council under the above-mentioned Act for the purpose of erecting pensioners’ flats, the said Feilding Borough Council hereby makes and levies a special rate of decimal nought seven two of a penny (.072d.) in the pound upon the rateable value (on the basis of unimproved value) of all rateable property in the Borough of Feilding; and that such special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of such loan and be payable yearly on the 1st day of April in each and every year during the currency of such loan, being a period of 30 years, or until the loan is fully paid off.”

OHAKUNE BOROUGH COUNCIL
RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE
Group Housing Loan 1956
NOTICE is hereby given that, in pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by the Local Bodies' Loans Act 1926, the Ohakune Borough Council resolved as follows at a meeting held on 27 January 1957:
“That, for the purpose of providing the interest and other charges on a loan of £8,500 authorised to be raised by the Ohakune Borough Council under the Local Bodies' Loans Act 1926 for the erection of three dwellings in Mangawhero Terrace, the said Ohakune Borough Council hereby makes and levies and appropriates and pledges a special rate of five and one-half pence (5½d.) in the pound on the rateable value on the basis of the unimproved value of all rateable property in the Borough of Ohakune; and that such special rate shall be an annually recurring rate during the currency of such loan and shall be payable yearly on the 1st day of August in each and every year during the currency of such loan, being a period of twenty-five years, or until the loan is fully paid off.”

GLEN EDEN BOROUGH COUNCIL
RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by the Local Bodies' Loans Act 1926, the Glen Eden Borough Council hereby resolves as follows:
“That, for the purpose of providing the interest and other charges on a loan of £100,000 authorised to be raised by the Glen Eden Borough Council under the above-mentioned Act, for roads, footpaths, and waterworks, the said Glen Eden Borough Council hereby makes and levies a special rate of three and one-half pence (3½d.) in the pound upon the rate-able value of all rateable property of the Borough of Glen Eden; and that such special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of such loan and be payable yearly on the 1st day of August in each and every year during the currency of such loan, being a period of twenty years, or until the loan is fully paid off.”
The foregoing resolution was passed at a duly constituted meeting of the Glen Eden Borough Council held on the 25th day of February 1957.
