Town and Country Planning Act 1953—Borough of Otahuhu
(Notice of Extension of Period of Effectiveness of Refusals and Prohibitions)

Pursuant to subsection (6) of section 38 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1953, notice is hereby given that the period of effectiveness of each refusal or prohibition made by the Otahuhu Borough Council in the interests of the Otahuhu Borough district scheme under subsection (2) of the said section, which refusal or prohibition but for this notice would expire between the date of public notification hereof and the 1st day of February 1958 inclusive, is hereby extended to the said 1st day of February 1958.

CERTIFICATE OF EXECUTION

I, Alan Ashley Skinner, the Medical Officer in attendance at the execution of Walter James Bolton at the prison of Auckland, do hereby certify and declare that I have this day witnessed the execution of the said Walter James Bolton at the said prison; and I do further certify and declare that the said Walter James Bolton was, in pursuance of the sentence of the Supreme Court, hanged by the neck until his body was dead.

Given under my hand this 18th day of February 1957 at the prison of Auckland.

DECLARATION OF EXECUTION

We do hereby testify and declare that we have this day been present when the extreme penalty of the law was carried into execution on the body of Walter James Bolton, convicted at the criminal sittings of the Supreme Court held at Wanganui on the 6th day of December last, and sentenced to death; and that the said Walter James Bolton was, in pursuance of the said sentence, hanged by the neck until his body was dead.
