A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 11th day of March 1957.

SCHEDULE

ALL those pieces of land in the Wellington Land District, situated in Block XVI, Rangitoto Survey District, described as follows:

Being
0 0 33·6 Part Rural Section 62, Township of Sandon; coloured sepia on plan.
0 0 33·5 Part Rural Section 64, Township of Sandon; coloured orange on plan.

As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 152708 (S.O. 23704) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 26th day of February 1957.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the First and Second Schedules hereto is hereby taken for the use, convenience, or enjoyment of a road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 11th day of March 1957.

FIRST SCHEDULE

ALL those pieces of land in the Wellington Land District situated in Block XIII, Belmont Survey District, Wellington R.D., described as follows:

SECOND SCHEDULE

ALL that piece of land in the Wellington Land District containing 3 roods 8·56 perches, situated in Block XIII, Belmont Survey District, Wellington R.D., being part of Subdivision C of Section 1, Hutt District. Balance certificate of title, Volume 313, folio 46, Wellington Land Registry.

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto; and also hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto; and also hereby take the land described in the Third Schedule hereto for the purposes of subsection (6) of the said section 29.
