Crown Land Set Apart for a Police Station in Block XIII, Tekapo Survey District

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for a police station; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 11th day of March 1957.
SCHEDULE
All that piece of Crown land in the Canterbury Land District containing 3 roods 13.9 perches, being Reserve 4819, Block VII, Tekapo Village, situated in Block XIII, Tekapo Survey District, Canterbury R.D.; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 152830 (S.O. 8991) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon edged red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 28th day of February 1957.

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for defence purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 11th day of March 1957.

All those pieces of land in the North Auckland Land District situated in the Borough of Devonport, Auckland R.D., described as follows:

0 0 0.4 Part Allotment 43, Section 2, Takapuna Parish.
0 0 9.5 Part Waitemata Harbour reclaimed from the sea.
As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 152866 (S.O. 38925) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.

All that piece of Crown land in the Westland Land District containing 3.6 perches, situated in Block XVI, Greymouth Survey District, Westland R.D.; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 152831 (S.O. 4750) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.
