CORRIGENDUM
IN the Proclamation dated the 1st day of November 1956 taking land for road in Block XVI, Motueka Survey District, published in Gazette, 8 November 1956, No. 60, page 1502, for the area shown as “1 acre 3 roods 37 perches” read “1 acre 1 rood 37 perches”.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 11 of the Reserves and Other Lands Disposal Act 1955, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as closed the roads and streets described in the Schedule hereto, and declare that as from the 15th day of March 1957 the lands shall be deemed to be vested in Her Majesty as Crown Land, subject to the provisions of the Land Act 1948.
SCHEDULE
OTAGO LAND DISTRICT, NASEBY BOROUGH, MANIOTOTO COUNTY
APPROXIMATE total area of roads and streets closed and vested in Her Majesty: 7 acres and 7·1 perches.
Being Neagh Street, Gara Street, part Ree Street, part Tay Street, part Boffin Street, and part Hollywood Street, situated in the Town of Naseby, and parts of un-named roads situated in Block I, Naseby Survey District.
Adjoining Section 72 and part Run 667, Block I, Naseby Survey District, Sections 137, 174, 176, 177, 178, and Crown Land, Block I, Section 38, and Crown Land, Block II, Block VII, Sections 1, 2, 3, and Crown Land Block X, and Block XI, Town of Naseby.
As shown on the plan marked L. and S. 22/5093A deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon coloured green. (S.O. Plan 12297.)
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 27th day of February 1957.

Crown Land Set Apart for Road in Block XVI, Greymouth Survey District

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 11th day of March 1957.
SCHEDULE
ALL that piece of Crown land in the Westland Land District containing 6·5 perches, situated in Block XVI, Greymouth Survey District, Westland R.D.; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 152831 (S.O. 4750) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 28th day of February 1957.
