All that area bounded by a line commencing at a point on the sea coast in line with the north-western boundary of Section 16s, Motutara Settlement, in Block XI, Kumeu Survey District; thence north-easterly generally along the boundary of the No-licence Licensing District of Auckland Suburbs, hereinafter described, to Waitemata Harbour; thence northerly, westerly, and south-easterly generally along the boundary of the Electoral District of Rodney, hereinbefore described, to the point of commencement; and including Little Barrier Island, Kawau, and Motuketekete Islands, and other adjacent islands,
