All that area bounded by a line commencing at a point on the sea coast in the middle of the mouth of the Awarua River in Big Bay; thence proceeding easterly, southerly, westerly, and again southerly generally along the boundaries of the Electoral Districts of Westland, Otago Central, Clutha, and Awarua, hereinbefore described, to the point where the western shore of New River Harbour meets the sea coast; thence westerly and northerly generally along the sea coast, crossing the mouths of all harbours and inlets, to the point of commencement.
