Revoking a Notice Defining Lands in South Auckland Land District to Which Water is Supplied Pursuant to Section 8 of the Land Laws Amendment Act 1939
WHEREAS, pursuant to subsection (5) of section 8 of the Land Laws Amendment Act 1939, a notice was published in Gazette, 28 November 1946, Volume III, page 1802, notifying that the lands defined in the Schedule hereto are lands to which water is supplied under the said section:
And whereas it is expedient that the aforesaid notice should be revoked:
Now, therefore, pursuant to subsection (6) of section 50 of the Land Act 1948, it is hereby notified that the said notice is accordingly revoked.
