Land Held for State Housing Purposes Set Apart for Road in Block XV, Otahuhu Survey District

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, now held for State housing purposes, is hereby set apart for road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 25th day of February 1957.
SCHEDULE
All that piece of land in the North Auckland Land District, containing 13·4 perches, situated in Block XV, Otahuhu Survey District, Auckland R.D., and being part Lot 21 of Section 1, Village of Papakura; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked S.O. 27953 lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Auckland, and thereon coloured blue.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 16th day of February 1957.

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for State housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 25th day of February 1957.
SCHEDULE
All that piece of land in the Wellington Land District, containing 4·57 perches, situated in the City of Lower Hutt, Wellington R.D., being part Section 36, Hutt District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 152680 (S.O. 23506) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 16th day of February 1957.

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the additional land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a post office and an automatic telephone exchange; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 25th day of February 1957.

All that piece of land in the Taranaki Land District, containing 1 rood, situated in the Borough of Stratford, and being Section 398, Town of Stratford, Block I, Ngaere Survey District. All certificate of title, Volume 35, folio 11, Taranaki Land Registry.

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken, together with the benefit of the drainage right appurtenant thereto created by transfer No. 447327, Auckland Land Registry, for a public school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 25th day of February 1957.

All that piece of land in the South Auckland Land District, containing 4 acres 3 roods 6·5 perches, situated in Block IV, Tauranga Survey District, Auckland R.D., being part Lot 2, D.P. 12835; being part Allotments 49, 49A, 186, and 186A, Te Puna Parish; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 152661 (S.O. 38054) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured sepia.
