THE RIGHT HON. S. G. HOLLAND PRESIDING IN COUNCIL

PURSUANT to section 186 of the Municipal Corporations Act 1954, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby authorises the Christchurch City Council to lay off the proposed street described in the Schedule hereto at a width for part of its length of less than 66 ft. but not less han 40 ft.

SCHEDULE

THAT proposed street in the Canterbury Land District situated first in the City of Christchurch, containing by admeasurement 2 roods 24·1 perches, more or less, being part Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 9, 12, and 13, D.P. 5798, part Lots 6, 7, and 8, D.P. 7487, part Lot 13, D.P. 7488, part Lots 1, 2, and 3, D.P. 10809, and part Lots 2 and 3, D.P. 12358, being part Rural Section 256; and secondly in the County of Heathcote, containing by admeasurement 3 perches, more or less, being part Lot 1, D.P. 14240, being part Rural Section 256.

As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 152594 deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

ALL that piece of road in the Canterbury Land District containing 3 acres and 31 perches, situated in Block XIV, Hawkins Survey District, Canterbury R.D., and adjoining Rural Sections 10036, 10296, and 10297; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 152584 (S.O. 8939) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.

ALL that piece of land in the South Auckland Land District, containing 1 rood 30·46 perches, situated in Block VII, Newcastle Survey District, Borough of Ngaruawahia, Auckland R.D., being part Allotment 667, Town of Newcastle; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 57997 (S.O. 22534) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon edged pink.
