PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act
1948, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke
Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby pro-
claim as street the land described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE
ALL that piece of land in the Wellington Land District, con-
taining 3 roods 31·5 perches, situated in the City of Lower
Hutt, and being Lot 16, Land Transfer Plan 18999, being part
Section 36, Hutt District. Parts certificates of title, Volume 286,
folio 260, and Volume 387, folio 21, Wellington Land Registry.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand,
