DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP

We, Hugh Alexander Macdonald and Edward Huemer, hereby give notice that the partnership between us under the firm name of Quality Plasterers has been dissolved as at the 7th day of December 1956. Mr H. A. Macdonald will continue the business of plasterers formerly carried on by the partnership at the same address, 21 Judd Crescent, Naenae (Phone 68-761), under the same trade name Quality Plasterers. All accounts due to the partnership are payable to him at that address.

Objections to Paraparaumu-Raumati District Scheme No. 1

THE Hutt County Council hereby gives notice that the hearing of objections to the district scheme relating to Paraparaumu-Raumati will commence at the Council Chambers, Bowen House (Second Floor), Bowen Street, Wellington, at 10 o'clock in the forenoon on Tuesday, the 12th day of February 1957, and will continue as there arranged from time to time and place to place until all objectors and witnesses have been heard.

All persons who wish to be heard in support of or opposition to any objection shall notify the Council accordingly at least three days before that date.

The following is a summary of the subject matters of objections received by the Council:

1. C. C. Stairmand: Objects to commercial zoning in Alexander Road, Raumati Road, and Margaret Road.
2. J. R. Eatwell: Objects to his property being zoned as residential.
3. L. A. Eatwell: Objects to her property being zoned as residential.
4. D. R. Trotter: Objects to his property being zoned as residential.
