A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the leasehold estate in the land described in the Schedule hereto, held from Her Majesty the Queen by Briton Edward Dillon, of Blackstone Hill, farmer, under and by virtue of Crown renewable lease No. R.L.F. 726, Volume 388, folio 97, Otago Land Registry, is hereby taken for a gravel pit; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 14th day of January 1957.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land in respect of which the leasehold estate is taken: 2 acres 2 roods 31 perches.

Being part Run 224F.

Situated in Block VIII, Blackstone Survey District, Otago R.D. (S.O. 12111.)

In the Otago Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 148261 deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 2nd day of January 1957.
