APPROXIMATE area of the piece of Crown land set apart: 3-9 perches.
Being part closed road in Proclamation No. 7028, Auckland Land Registry.
Situated in Block XII, Drury Survey District, Auckland R.D. (S.O. 39175.)
In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 152117 deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured sepia.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 2nd day of January 1957.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 14th day of January 1957.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of Crown land set apart: 22-35 perches.
Being part Reserve 1301.
Situated in Block XII, Hawkins Survey District, and being the whole of the land in Proclamation No. 427857, Canterbury Land Registry.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 22nd day of December 1956.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for a gravel pit; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 14th day of January 1957.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of Crown land set apart: 2 acres 2 roods 31 perches.
Being part Run 224r.
Situated in Block VIII, Blackstone Survey District, Otago R.D. (S.O. 12111.)
In the Otago Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 148261 deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 2nd day of January 1957.
